Evening at Michael’s

Recently, I attended a free crop night at Michael’s.  It was a relaxing evening getting to make some new friends and getting reacquainted with old.  I was suprised to find one of my neighbors a couple streets over was the hostess for the event.  We used to see each other regularly but we both have children in the process of growing up and heading in all kinds of directions so you know how that goes.  It was so nice to catch up.

Rather than working on my old pictures, I decided to complete pages from some more recent events.  Here are the pages I did for my son to record our family trip to the zoo:

My daughter’s pages are somewhat similar:

These are pages of photos my son took in a photography class this summer.  He submitted several as exhibits in our county fair and won 2 second place ribbons and 1 first place ribbon.  The first place entry went on for display at the state fair!
